UltraPay provides payment processing solutions designed for high-risk businesses. Our services include Stripe cloaking technology, multi-account load balancing, and payment gateway integration. We act as a technical service provider and do not process payments directly.

3. User Obligations

You are responsible for:

• Providing accurate information during registration and setup
• Maintaining the security of your account credentials and API keys
• Using your own Stripe account in accordance with Stripe's terms
• All transactions processed through your Stripe account
• Compliance with all applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction
• Ensuring your WordPress/WooCommerce installation is secure and updated

4. Limitations of Liability

UltraPay is not responsible for:

• Funds held, frozen, or lost by Stripe or any payment processor
• Stripe account suspensions, bans, or limitations
• Downtime or technical issues with Stripe's platform
• Customer disputes, chargebacks, or refund requests
• Loss of revenue due to payment processing issues
• Actions taken by card networks or financial institutions
• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

5. No Guarantees

While we maintain high success rates, we do not guarantee:

• 100% ban protection or account safety
• Specific transaction success rates
• Uninterrupted service availability
• Compatibility with all platforms or configurations
• That your business will be accepted or approved

6. Payment and Billing

Payment terms are provided directly during onboarding. You agree to pay all applicable fees for services rendered. We reserve the right to modify our fee structure with notice.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to our services at any time for any reason, including:

• Violation of these terms
• Fraudulent activity or suspicious behavior
• Non-payment of fees
• Use of services for illegal purposes
• Excessive chargebacks or disputes

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us. Termination does not relieve you of any payment obligations.

8. Intellectual Property

All software, technology, documentation, and materials provided by UltraPay remain our exclusive property. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use our services. You may not reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code from our software.

9. Data and Privacy

Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We collect and process data necessary to provide our services. You are responsible for complying with all applicable data protection laws for your customers' data.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless UltraPay, its affiliates, and its personnel from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from:

• Your use of our services
• Your violation of these terms
• Your violation of any laws or regulations
• Your business operations and transactions
• Claims made by your customers

11. Third-Party Services

Our services integrate with third-party platforms including Stripe, WordPress, and WooCommerce. You are responsible for complying with their respective terms of service. We are not responsible for changes, interruptions, or issues with third-party services.

12. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will provide notice of material changes. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

13. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We disclaim all warranties including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
